This piece draws deep inspiration from the Mon women’s traditional attire featured in the (1971–1972) Mon University magazine covers. It captures the timeless elegance of how they wore their longyi, highlighting the distinct Mudon longyi patterns that speak to their cultural roots. I chose the classic Mon official color, white and red, to honor their heritage while giving the artwork a vintage, nostalgic feel that channels the spirit of that era. This work is my creative tribute to preserving the past with a modern touch, bringing forward the old vibes in a fresh, respectful way.

မွန်အမျိုးသမီး (၁၉၇၁ - ၁၉၇၂)

ဤပန်းချီကားသည် ၁၉၇၁ မှ ၁၉၇၂ ခုနှစ်အတွင်း ထုတ်ဝေခဲ့သော မွန်တက္ကသိုလ် မဂ္ဂဇင်းအဖုံးတွင် တွေ့ရတဲ့ မွန်အမျိုးသမီးများ၏ ရိုးရာဝတ်စားဆင်ယင်မှုပုံစံကို မှီငြိမ်းပြီး နက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်း အခြေခံထားကာ ပုံဖော်ထားပါသည်။ မွန်အမျိုးသမီးများ၏ ထမီဝတ်ဆင်ပုံ ထာဝရအလှအပနှင့် ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာ ကို ဖမ်းယူထားပြီး ၎င်းထမီပေါ်တွင် ရှေးဟောင်းမုဒုံချိတ်အဆင်ပုံစံကို အထူးပြုထားပြီး ဝတ်စုံ၏ အဖြူနှင့် အနီရောင်ကို မွန်လူမျိုး၏ ရိုးရာအရောင်များကို ရွေးချယ်အသုံးပြုထားပြီး ဟောင်းနွမ်းနေတဲ့အရောင်ကို အသုံးပြုထားပြီး ပုံစံစက္ကူအဗြဲနှင့်အတူ (၁၉၇၀) ပြည့်နှစ်ကာလ၏ ပုံသဏ္ဍာန်နှင့် လွမ်းဆွတ်မှုများရစေအောင် နွဲ့နှောင်းလှတဲ့ရှေးဟောင်းအမျိုးသမီးတစ်ဦး၏ ရှေးအခါကအလှအပများကို ခေတ်သစ်အနုပညာဖြင့် ပြန်လည်အသက်သွင်းကာ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုအတိတ်ကို ပြန်လည်မြင်ယောင်မိစေကာ တန်ဖိုးရှိအောင် ပြန်လည်ဖန်တီးထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
