This painting reflects what might be behind every door of those who have suffered through an earthquake. It describes the devastation of the earthquake in Myanmar, capturing the deep sorrow, trauma, and sudden loss that struck within just a few minutes. At the center, a young girl silently sheds tears—her expression embodying grief, fear, and the weight of an unforgettable tragedy. Surrounding her are scenes of destruction, rescue efforts, relief campaigns, and the unspoken pain of families torn apart.Yet, through the tears and ruins, a golden path opens—representing both memory and hope. It recalls a brighter past, but also points toward a future built on resilience, solidarity, and unwavering human strength. Though the suffering cannot be erased, the support, donations, and collective courage of people become the light behind the door. What lies beyond is a vision of recovery, unity, and the hope that life, even after immense loss, can shine again.
